Here are two types of projects:

One is the typical statistical analysis, including Hedonic Models of Housing Prices in Philadelphia Impact of Distances to Different City Centers. The other is the Urban Spatial Analysis, from ArcMap vector, raster to Arcpy. More GIS analysis can be found in  the land use based on GIS: Take ofAssessment Paitan Town, Zengcheng, Guangzhou for example.
