Bi-Magnetize: Magnet Initial, Charging & Induction - which is to reactivate the underutilized industrial land and create co-working space, to attract small businesses who heavily rely on rail systems around.

Don't be afraid of underground! - which is to revitalize an underutilized tunnel to become an attractive space for people to go in and have recreation.

Voto Nacional, Bogota: A Responsible Urban Renewal Plan - which is to serve the Sabana Station as a catalyst to revitalize the Voto Nacional neighborhood nearby as well as creating a sense of healthy community.
